Have had these massive neck and back of the head pains, and the spine popping like crazy, only becouse of turning the head and stretching the neck. I've basically known this stuff from the video, just by experiensce. I REALLY need to get rid of that bad habbit. I think thaht's all. Pains started like when i was 5 years old and tuning to 27 soon. So over 20 years of pain, in and out.. Need to stick with this really! Thank you very much for the reminding!

Entering the premenopausal age, everything has become a challenge with practically no success. As long as I lead a healthy life (and I am healthy – medical check-ups have shown it) it is very difficult to fight (almost sudden appearances) buffalo hump, belly, double chin. I just discovered your channel and I have put the first session into practice.

Oh this makes so much more sense. I always try to fix my posture and think I just gotta roll my shoulders back and then I think that looks off and bad too and just wasn't understanding why I looked bad with both 'good' posture and bad. Lol. Now I can finally actually improve my posture!
