This is not a good workout to start with. My calves hurt so bad the day after I can’t walk properly and it’s day 3 now it’s getting worst am considering to go to specialist.

Hi Cassie !
I’ve done your calves workout the day before yesterday and since my awakening yesterday morning I have the worst stiffness and ache in my calves, I’ve done many stretching to calm the sore muscles but this morning I couldn’t even put my left heel on the floor without hurting, I can’t extend my left leg. I don’t know what happened ??? In my daily life I drink a lot, I’ma dancer so I use my calves a lot and I am very stretchy… do you have a solution ?
