When you do the single leg deadlift isn't more effective to raise more or straighten the back leg ?
What's with that variation of drop lounge ? When you step back why you need to do it on that angle ?
Can you give up to the semitransparent type on the bottom. It kinda covers more stuff than necessary.
Thank you for the exercises! I like them! I just have a suggestion. Next time, please avoid adding the large letters that look like a watermark. They are a distraction when I'm watching the video. Other than that, this is a very good video. It's helpful to learn about glute exercises that use resistance bands.
