1:05 藉簡易滑輪組,用好手(左)向下拉動繩子帶動患側(右)向上1:18,使患側肩被動上舉範圍逐漸改善。患肢放下時,是靠好手拉住繩子,控制著患肢的下降速度。
其次,可將患側略向外轉姿,如 1:31 示,再拉動
🌹1:56 面壁,藉毛巾,用好手出力帶動毛巾和患肢順牆面滑動,改善患側上舉活動範圍 1:57
🌹2:24 面壁,以[手指走路]來逐漸增加矢狀面上臂的揚舉活動範圍。
🌹2:58 毛巾置身後,用好手帶動患側上肢,做出日常生活所須功能性動作(上廁所、解胸罩扣)的應有活動範圍。

My doctor asked me to do the towel – pull up behind my back – but I can't do that, my hand won't go behind my back unless I bend forwards and it hurts too much if I try to pull it up 🙁
