I started today. Wish me all the best by supporting me in this journey. I will be posting regular updates. Day 1 – Completely tired up. Took short break in completing 20reps per set. But completed all the exercises. My weight is 87.5 with body fat 30.4% Pumped up for Day 2

This looks like a really good workout plan, exactly what I was looking for. One question, is each exercise meant to be completed (the 3 sets) before moving on to start the next exercise?
So curious about doing this. Though I want to know. When completing the 12 week, do you repeat the system again?

Can these be done in a circuit? Or should you do all three sets of one exercise before moving on to the next?

Can an out of shape man over 40 do this without hurting himself? Also will this build muscle and lose fat or is it just for strength.
