Damn! I stopped working out for two weeks because I started a medicine to cure my hep c and it was making me tired. I just started working out again because I got used to it and this video was so much harder than it used to be!! Damn! Definitely a good start before venturing into weight lifting. For me right now I can barely finish the video by itself.
