This is more of a hamstring??
I didn't realize performing both of those movements work the same muscle.I think it's so much more effective place in the band on a tangible object versus just under your feet because you get a greater stretch and an increase range of motion

this is a great exercise. very save. really a good way to learn to use the hips. thank you very much i am going to go use this with my client who is having a hard time with hyper extensions.
