2. C1: 3 exercises for 4 sets each. 30 on // 20 off
3. C2: 5 Exercises for 2 sets each. 20 on // 15 off
4. C3: 3 Exercises for 2 sets Each 30 on // 15 off

Love your workouts that go by so quickly which helps motivate me to do it the next day. The resistance bands really strengthen the muscles. After 3 weeks, I can lift higher weights. I can see definition in the muscles. You are a strong fun motivator. You exhausted the dog.
