This video is all about banded squats! I’m going to walk you through a few of my favorite squats with bands. Resistance band leg exercises are a staple that you should have in your training. After all, the legs make up the biggest muscle group in your body! With that being said it’s important to remember that your legs are conditioned to holding your body weight all day, everyday. So in order to stimulate muscle growth, it’s important to lift heavy in your banded leg workout.

All of the resistance band squat exercises I walk through in this video can be done with heavy loads of resistance. These resistance band squats are also easy to set up and can be added to any resistance band leg workout.

Come on man. It's obvious that is not heavy for you. It's easy for you! And with enough resistance you could hurt your hands and other bones. You need a bar and better handles. Otherwise, good exercises. Just look how red the skin on your shoulders is.
