Great workout. I am quarantined and missing my GYM workouts but this is a great resistance workout. I am a young 73 and work out consistently in addition to being a yogini and yoga instructor

Finally a good video for those of us just getting back into fitness after a long illness. I kept injuring myself trying traditional style workouts. This looks more like physical therapy.
Absolutely thrilled to see her explain first. I normally watch a workout video first instead of stumbling through. So when she spend the first part of each circuit going through the correct form for each set it was so helpful. I didnt mind pausing and rewinding if necessary it timed right with the breaks
Nope. No way I'm reversing back and forth through a work out video. Just not my preference. Seems unnecessarily complicated because….you didn't want to do the whole workout? Very strange to put it on the viewer.
