Hi Guys, six days and still no reply to my question asked in the last paragraph of my previous comment. My current question is what is the difference; in the second exercise you are pulling down ending with hands/palms facing thighs? and the last exercise you are pulling down with hands/palms facing back? is that correct? Thank you
I have asked you twice on your website and once in comments on one of your videos the following question, and I'm still waiting for you to answer. Can we use these wall anchors if we're in a building that's made of steal girders, instead of wood? So all my wall studs are steal. Do these wall anchors work in steal studs?? Please reply.
I know you're really busy, but… I wish you would update your Resistance Band/Wall Anchor play list with your more recent videos. All the videos on that list are from 2018 or earlier. Yes, I checked every single one.

My son, Dennis, (21 years in the Marines, now retired) gave me a set of bands exactly like the ones you work with. Having searched for many moons and suns, finally I have found Bob& Brad; yah! Now I have you to workout with!!! I texted Dennis my good news and he replied, "……. My mom is gonna get buff."
So first, my afflictions are in the lumbar region of my spine: degenerative scoliosis, degenerative disk disease, and spinal stenosis. I didn't even know I had scoliosis so I wondered why as a child others laughed at how I looked riding a bicycle; and other situations. I never let it bother me because what could I do about it?
My comment on this video is regarding the exercise holding both handles , standing sideways, and pulling in to chest; this really hurt after. Now the other day I fell asleep on the couch in such a way that upon awaking my right shoulder blade was stiff and painful. Without caring for this injury it grew until I started feeling the pain extend across my back between shoulder blades and full-range movement was difficult with my right arm So now I am icing and exercising and using Ibuprofen for treatment.
A most excellent aspect to your videos is your explaining every muscle and etc. that the exercise is working, what groups are involved, and so forth. So will you tell me how, why, what happened when the aforementioned exercise – after doing the.. – the muscles or whatever, I felt a pain that pulled sharply mostly on the inner-part of my right shoulder blade? What about a track or rail to mount to the wall, and the anchors can slide up and down for variable hight choices?
