Shoulder stretches are great for shoulder tendonitis which is basically an inflammation to the tendons in your shoulder. This can be the rotator cuff tendons or even the biceps or triceps tendons. There doesn’t always have to be inflammation with the pain, and this is called rotator cuff tendinopathy. Shoulder tendonitis stretches can help ease the pain in the shoulder. Omg thank u so much for this. I had been in pain with shoulder tindinitus for the past 3 days from weight lifting. I been using icy hot with not much relief. I was a lil skeptical of this but I tried it and it worked like a charm. I can raise my arm up with no pain now so I can get back to working out. You got a new subscriber.

Any suggestions for tendinosis? Thabk toy
Hi doc. I'd like to ask you a question. How many times we have to train with this exercises? Is it ok for freezing shoulder like me to train those every day? Thank you for your attention.
HI Dr. Jo! Thank you again for some great exercises! While doing some of these I noticed a subtle noise in my shoulder…not painful…kindof like a little popping. I am in my mid 60s, do alot of lifting, painting and woodworking (furniture building) so, shoulder deserves to be a little worn 🙁 But, just wondering if the occasional ¨noise¨ is Ok? Thanks so much! Love your videos.
Just what I was looking for, thank you so much Dr. Jo. These stretches really helped!
Great, I will definitely do these stretches, they look to be easy to follow at my own speed. Thanks!
Hello dr. Very nice videos. Should I start by stretching my shoulder then immediately doing the exercises? Or is there a better way?
Thank you, Dr. Jo! This is so helpful!
Thank you so much. Your videos are the best. I assume you do this stretching routine one time per day?

Thanks for the advice. I suspect the adhesive capsulitis I got in 2013 is still producing pain for me. People at the hospital says it's gone but I'm still having shooting pain and constant inflammation. Hurts like a mf. Shoulders are so complex.
Thanks so much……i will do this…….l.
