What a series, I generally do body workout everyday, but I tried this, these are wow exercise, loved it.
Sir mein gym mein ja raha hu koi mujhe care nahi kar raha , na koi bata raha,main kya kar sakta hu. Koi chata nahi ki main body banau. Even they are taking care the ladies not me.
