I have been using Bodylastics for about 5 years now and love them my only complaint is that I wish you made your bands 5 feet long so that the standing shoulder press could be done while standing with both feet on the bands. Although I am only 5'5" the bands feel uncomfortable doing squats the traditional way and that's the only way I like doing them.
