Like your videos! I also felt kind of dazed & confused due to change of routine and spent a few weeks eating & drinking too much. Now lifting & doing yoga at home and getting out to either go for a run or cycle whenever the sun is shining. And most importantly going to bed & getting up at the same time everyday. Thanks for doing what you do!

Always always write down your workout and be honest what you write. Do this every single time. Pencil & paper, Google Keep some other app just write it down. And don't forget to review it if you feel a little off.

That chest work out was a monster for sure. Will put in mu work out. I do push up a lot so it will be interesting to see how I do. I am sure it will destroy me.
Before I even wartch the video I ah e to say U really love the way you train the body. You use weight but use a variety of ways to pack on muscle but more importantly u work on the endurance aspect of fitness You can look strong,but have no endurance don't mean a beep. Ood man Willie
