So go ahead, try the BEGINNER version of this workout first and see just how far you get. I filmed this workout two days ago and my chest and triceps are still sore to the touch. No joke guys, I don’t even know how I’m going to film today’s home bodyweight workout to be released over the weekend… But nothing gets me more fired up than a challenge! SO LET’S DO THIS!

Beginner (2 – 3 rounds)
– 8 – 10 reps per exercise
– 20 sec. of work for timed exercises
– 30 sec. rest between blocks
Advanced (2 – 3 rounds)
– 12 – 15 reps per exercise
– 30 sec. of work for timed exercises
– 30 sec. rest between blocks
– Complete 3 – 5 rounds!
– Rest 2 – 3 minutes between rounds

Hey Scott,I am from India & wanna ask you that can I do decline flyes with dumbells on a floor or using a straight bench (just by keeping the body in bridge position)?

Would this count as a full upper body workout? Like would this do deltoids and traps as well?

I thought I would try this as my pre-weights chest warm up. I'm laughing at myself now. Little did I know how challenging this would be. I'm a reasonably fit 48 year old female who can always do push ups on my toes but I confess this was very tough. Probably no need for the weights after that! Much appreciated though as I'd rather have a challenge. Thanks for all of the amazing content Scott

You dude is a fkn monster!!!! Makes it look so easy but it is incredibly difficult to do. Halfway through the first round I had to drop to beginning with breaks and this man wants us to do it 3-5 times LOL
I thought I would try this cause I was getting board of just 400 normal pushups 3 days a week. I did it 3 times and was pretty hard thanks for the video I'm hoping I'll get sore tomorrow
