1,6 km Run
3x 10 Pushups
3x 5 Reverse Pull Ups
3x 45 sec LSit
3x 10 Dips
3x 45 Sec hang
3x 20 Squats
1,6 km run

My Body is finished for the next 2 days 😁

I'm going to try this out and see if it works. Your right Chris, I keep plateauing out at around 15 push ups and haven't progressed passed it no matter how many times I try or keep at it. Hope this progression style works with the different exercises. Unfortunately I don't have access to a bar but I'll work on that.
