I am always punching short, especially with my straight punches, although I am 2m height and have a long reach.

I have a request 🙏🏻. I got a sore Achilles tendon probably from ropes and all jumping on my toes. Do you have any advice on how to strengthen and stretch to avoid this? And any advice on how to heal it (but I guess there's not much more than resting)

That's a great workout, I'be been searching for a boxing/Kickboxing workout with audio triggers, and you seem to be the only one who made a proper one on youtube.

So could you make another workout like that : both attacking and defensive, with various audio clues, to time the checking of leg/body kicks, punches etc, and maybe incorporate some boxing/kickboxing combinations?

I have no idea how much time it would take to create such a video, and am probably asking for the impossible, but it would be absolutely perfect to have another Defensive/Attacking shadow boxing workout with audio triggers.
