I will try this to understand how this strengthens while lengthening the quad/HF… I will say that to keep the knee down to protect and strengthen the control in this movement press the outer knee down…

Interesting exercise. Thanks. You realize that the word Eeeeecentric doesn't exist in the English language, right? The first syllable is eC, pronounced eK. The second two syllables are cent-ric, pronounced Sentrik. There is no silent 'c' in English. Therefore the word is pronounced eK-Centric. Other meathead lifters might think you sound eccentric for pronouncing it that way, but you'll be the educated one in this case.
Started to replace Kneeling Quad Extension with this, from Limitless Legs, now past week 18.
