How much break between the sets? And how much between the exercises?

Matt Sanford says:

Why does the "working elbow" has to be inward? It feels better when I let the elbows go "wide".

Also, when using the blocks, doesn't that go too far on the range of motion? I have read that on the bench, you shouldn't go down too far, it goes beyond the "necessary" range of motion on the pecs.

What do you think of this push routine ?
Weighted decline pushups 20kg 4×8
Weighted normal pushups 20kg 4×8
Unweighted diamond pushups 4×12 supersetted with knee sphinx pushups for 1 minute
And for shoulders dumbbell overhead press 4×12
What do you think ?

RingsOfNeptune says:

Honestly I admire the effort put into this video, but I want to mention that the range at 2:04 puts a lot of stress on the shoulders. I've gotten surgery on my right shoulder, seen PT, done my research. I would discourage to do push ups this deep. Yes you get a good stretch and it doesn't hurt for most people, but it's bad for the shoulder capsules on a long term. Better to seek an alternative exercise, do pyramids, get your form right and think about time under tension.

The rep ranges are almost double … What should people be doing ? 5-10 and 8-15 are huge ranges percentage wise ?

Is it just me or does this seem like a very high number of sets for one single muscle group if performed in one session?
