Very happy with this video! I was SUPER active pre-pregnancy….my pregnancy has not been smooth for me at all and now that I am ending my second trimester am trying to be more active. This was the perfect video for my confidence at a pace that I could handle yet feel productive.

I love this workout! I've used it both of my pregnancies. This is the only workout I've been able to do that doesn't make me so sore I can't work out again the next day. But it still maintains my strength and gets my heart rate up just enough.
Everyone told me to walk on my 3rd trimester, but it wasn't enjoyable for me. It was boring walking around all alone and I hated how my thighs scratching each other.
Thankfully I found this, I did this in the comfort of my room, it helped me a lot and I really enjoyed this and I enjoyed listening to you I felt like I was doing the workout with you, I didn't get bored. This is what I always look forward to doing everyday ❤️ Thank you!
