i’m 14 and i had a back injury in my lower L4 and L5 of my spine.. this made me get drop foot in my right foot.. i can’t move it up but only down. can this still help me?

Your 3 exercises for healing foot drop are useless. I used all kinds of exercises including your methods and none had ever work. Wear a splint to lift your foot to walk is a better solution.

Had surgery for a nerve that was being squeezed in my leg. I see some improvement … I will try these exercises to hurry it along. The surgeon sees no reason for PT as I am seeing improvement and he feels I will walk normally within months. Thanks for the video.

How long does it usually take in PT for foot drop to come back approximately? I have a large herniated disc at either L4 or L5. My PT guy says that he feels I need surgery because it’s been around a month with very little improvements. I have a very weak hip and and do the back knee that you mentioned. Is there a point where you feel that a person needs surgery? Ty

Had foot drop for 10 years from MS. No problem cycling around Ireland, Scotland & Australia, but cross country skiing is very hard with no step turn and snowplough on only one side while "floppy' just edges and wobbles. Tried a seated leg curl at gym. Able to test leg strength in each leg – 18kg vs 38kg An objective measurement, so now will attempt to strengthen "floppy leg" with seated leg curls as a test and other single leg exercises.

Tip: if you're talking about foot drop and you demonstrate an exercise it is HELPFUL to actually show the foot in action. Video barely shows the guys knee. Worst video ever.

Great video! I've been using a 2LB ankle weight on my for 3 days now and and I must thank you guys. For some reason my leg and foot muscles fire when walking allowing me to clear the ground safely, but man is my leg and foot sore! my question is, is the weight suppose to build strength in your leg and foot?

I was playing soccer today bare foot and I was kicking the ball hard and stuff and when I got home I noticed my toe was dragging on the ground and I couldn't raise my right foot. Is this foot drop , obviously is but will it get better
This is the first time this has ever happened to me in my soccer career so to speak, I'm 17 btw
