doing this for 2 weeks (14 days) no diet:
day 1: ofc there is no change because no one sees results over night

Day 2 complete i have pain in stomach from 2nd day morning

Day 3 done but it is hard becaues between the exercise i have pain in my legs but i do it

Day 4 i take break becaues i have a very pain its day four i see no diffirence

Day 5 its complete i see a little difference but maybe

Day 6 i complete it and also use 20 round with my bicycle

Day 7 do not complete and i realesed i can not difference in one week so i can do this again
