I preordered this in December and received it last week… so happy with it! I was injured last summer and have been in PT since. I am transitioning to do exercises on my own, and this book will help me so much! Love that some of the exercises I'm doing are in here, with ways to make them harder as I progress. Love that the exercises are contained on 2 pages, and that they are referenced in the routines. So easy to use, and adapt as I get stronger. Thank you, Ed!
