Whenever i stretch even normal stretches my body pain next days. That's why i need good stretches that don't give muscle pains later
I'm an almost 30 year old man, I've never in my life followed along to a video like this but honestly, I'm going to grab a chair and a belt now, after skimming through, I'm going to sit and fully give it a go, the entire thing, if it sincerely helps I'll start doing it often!

I like your style and delivery. My only comment is I gave it to a senior to do, and she commented that you don't stretch each side on each exercise and she was confused. I told her to stop the video to catch up, but it was not conventinet.. ie beginning with the neck stretch.. It's an old video, but thought I would still give you feedback.. THANKS 🙂
