In this video I’ll show you how to convert some typical gym exercises into substitute exercises that you can perform at home 🏠
All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band ✅

Good thing you have an outdoor home gym. Speaking from experience, working out at home can be a bit of a challenge when you've got a cat around. Meow!
I'm finishing my current program and starting Lifting at Home beginning of June! While doing that, I'm hoping to expand my home gym to be able to do Build at home. (My babies are very young, and I don't have the time to break away to go anywhere, like a gym. Plus who knows how long quarantine will last. Basement is doable though!) I hope you don’t take that wrong, I just see numerous people training legs but lack muscularity… maybe the sodium is too high??
