No, they’re not. You can’t really progressively overload on them and it’s a horrible range of motion compared to a Dumbbell/barbell/machine and you will see much better gains if you work out on those things opposed to your resistance bands and there’s not a chance in hell you got your physique from those resistance bands either you got it from weight training or callisthenics
