Hey guys so due to recent events I know that many gyms have been closed and people have not been aloud to leave there house etc. I thought I would make this video to share an at home, no equipment needed workout routine to keep gaining muscle during this time.As i said, I am leaving links to all the exercises and spoken to several people about the programme who say it is very good. Of-course it is not as good as a gym but for the time being I hope it can help.

Mate 2 minutes is too long 60 seconds each set intensity is key to builder mass muscle 2 min rest will build little muscle

Great routine dude. minor adjustment would be the revearse grip press up. Doesnt isolate anything. just puts a good emphasis on Triceps, not biceps. imagine a revearse grip bench
