Only thing you need to made gym of your home is resistance band set(best thing ever). Its very simple to use and you can gain some great muscle. i got my at trainhome shop and its awesome you can get there or at some other store.

How did I not find this video 2 years ago? I LOVE this video, but I am a dummy, so I would have like for you to say what muscle is being worked on at each exercise. Some I know but not all. The side lung exercise fore instance are you working your legs butt and arms?
