Hello, please reccomend something for knees.They seem to hurt when I squat at work or climb up and dow the stairs.sometimes it feels stiff

I played this at half speed because the intervals were too short for me. Got a better workout, laughed at being instructed by slurring drunk guy though.
I cannot for the life of me do the reverse flys. It hurts😭 I did 5 and that's all I can do for now. It's my third day of watching this video and I feel like I can breathe better. My back doesn't feel as heavy or tense.
