Crazy intense, couldn’t do a lot of the exercises without dropping to my knees but I’m sure I’ll get better over time as I repeat the work out! Really feel the pump and I’m drenched in sweat, great workout and video man! Super helpful to have someone show you the exercises and actually follow along and do the exercise with you, especially adding the parts about what to do if you can’t do it. My friend linked me this video as one of the workouts he is doing at home since the gyms are closed, and I couldn’t be more thankful he sent me a video like this. Keep up the great work man! annoyed its taken me so long to find this… it's so good – had my knees down for half of it and i was still dripping with sweat at the end.
how many times a week should i do this? every other day? im mostly running 40-50k a week at the minute for fitness but lacking upper body strength training whilst gyms are closed.

Could this be used as my upper body workout in my workout schedule or is this not a good one for that. You see what I am planning to do is use these for my monday, Wednesday and friday workout with lower body workout in tuesday and thursday
