In this video I go over 6 shoulder exercise that can be done from anywhere using just resistance bands, so no gym no problem!

6 Exercises Shown:
1) Shoulder Press
2) Lateral Raises
3) Bradford Press
4) Front Raises
5) Rear Delt Fly
6) Upright Rows
