This was ok with me , I have 216 lbs .want to loose so hardly. I feel 3 miles walk hard.i start it and do till 20 mins and then I stop it.can anyone suggest which leslie walk will be good for me in beginning so that I dnt feel it much hard and also enjoy it while doing and also loose weight. Hey guys! I’m 14 years old and I weigh about 59.1kg or sometimes it is 60kg.I feel really bad about myself and I want to feel confident in myself and be happy. I did loose weight back in 2018 October and I went from 62 kg to 55.9kg but I gained all the fat again, and now I don’t have any motivation to lose weight, I just can’t seem to control myself when it comes around food, but now since it is Ramadan and we fast from dawn to sunset I can use this time to lose weight! So from today I will start eating clean and workout daily. I have to loose 10kg but for now I will keep small targets so I want to loose 3 kgs now and slowly make my way up for bigger targets. Leslie walk helped me sooo much when I loss weight back in 2018 and I really love this channel💕💕. I will keep you guys posted about my journey 🙂
