10 Minute Intense Dumbbell Arm Workout | Set of Dumbbells | Follow Along Workout

Choose your weights wisely! I repeat, CHOOSE YOUR WEIGHTS WISELY! This 10 Minute Dumbbell Arm Workout was a burner to say the least but the excruciating pump was well worth it. Without further ado, Let the GAINZ begin!

Time: 10 Minutes

Equipment: Set of Dumbbells (I used 25lbs)

Primary Muscle: Biceps, Triceps, Chest, Shoulders

Instructions: This video is in full length so you can easily follow along. Set of dumbbells is all you need to get the fun started. If you have to rest, take a breather and resume as quickly as possible.
