Hey team! Let’s start the week of with this 30 MIN Strength & Cardio home workout! We have a Full Body Workout planned with a mix of Cardio Bodyweight Exercises, Upper Body Exercises, Lower Body Exercises and Ab Exercises! You’ll need weights today (I’m using 20’s, 15’s and 10’s). See you on the mat!

▸ Warm-Up – 5 Moves – 20 Secs No Break

▸ 40 Sec Hydration Break
