I have a grade 2 sprain in my quad tendon and cartilage is grade 4 above my patella. Anything you suggest? Not sure what to do if it’s chronic / cartilage issue.

What are you supposed to do with those squats when you can’t bend your knee that far? I cannot get that much range in my knee and am wondering if this program can help. Two separate meniscus tears in my twenties have reduced my range of motion

Amazing videos! thanks! I Have patellar tendonitis and was suggested your channel. I would like to try these to strengthen my patellar tendon however, I'm afraid the pain wouldn´t let me go too far on those bending exercises, as I can barely reach 45 degree angle bend (as in, not even halfway squad without pain). What could you recommend? I'll start with the walking backwards in the meanwhile! Thanks again for the great content! gives me hope for one day to recover (I'm 33).

Gosh, I sure hope that this exercise is what resolved my left knee pain after two weeks of worrying if I’d ever be able to walk normally again. I did your exercise on a Friday then Monday and Wednesday and Thursday morning I was able to walk normally! I only did it for a few minutes each of those days. Could it possibly work that quickly or perhaps I was on the mend already? In either case, I will continue doing it and hope that it works on my right knee which has a long-standing history of pain. Thank you very much! 🙏🦵🏼
