That offers no resistance whatsoever you would never build strength in your hamstrings by doing leg curls with zero resistance!!! extremely bad information, garbage video!!!
Simpler: Just stand straight up and kick back one leg at a time. I do this after doing my hamstring curl with a small dumbbell.
I don't even know how to squeeze my hamstrings, can't feel them.
