So basically “activate” means sucking it in and then exhaling when they say breathe… All these years doing ab exercises wrong 😭
You either have diastasis recti no matter how long ago you've had your babies or you have hourglass syndrome not to be confused with having an hourglass figure. There's not much info online about it but you can read up on it and I got it from doing Pilates. Too much from sucking in your stomach and not just holding your stomach taunt a very big difference.

This is a bad idea. This is the opposite of of bracing. You get LESS core activation this way.
