You mentioned skipping calves…
You could just throw in some calf raises while doing your leg presses to save time.
Specially if you're using a machine. With free weights it's harder to be stabilized when you're putting so much weight on your forefoot.

Good shout mike,Id go wide grip dips, bent over rows, close grip reverse lat pulldown, some form of side lateral raise, incline dumbell curl, tricep press downs. Squats, romanian deadlift. Calf raises. Hanging leg raise.
