I was in shape but then I let myself go and I have been working out again recently. I feel like my upper body and lower body do not work well together. I'm going to try some of the crawling exercises. What do you suggest for a beginner?

I find the hardest part is the lower abs.My lower stomach always seems to protrude out a bit…kinda like skinny fat guys.
You guys have flatter lower abs and stomachs.Do these exercises help with that?

From Judo strength exercises: lay flat on stomach, legs straight, arms overhead to the front, hand palms stick on the floor, pull like a pull-up and drag your body over the floor, — repeat – -….. for a distance of 20 to 50 meters. This makes really strong.
