Horrible misdirected fitness video!! I have used many of Leslie's videos and enjoyed them all …..with the exception of this one! It kept changing times and what the people were doing, then it changed people halfway thru. Not put together well at all!!

Just a comment to Leslie as I don't know why you do that shift thing on so many of your videos, I just do fast walk than as I don't think that is effective at all . Other than that this is a great fast walk so thank you.

This is my favorite Walk at Home video! I like to repeat the warm up and cool down multiple times and that gives me a longer fat burning work out. I've lost 85 pounds in a year doing this, along with cycling, strength work, hiking, and logging calories.
