Loved this workout!! I’ve done the 45 min kickboxing workout a few times so was expecting to love it and I wasn’t disappointed. I love how you get an intense workout without it being supper high impact on your ankles and legs (I’m trying to let my ankle recover from an old injury that’s aggravated and this was fine on it.) Hope you all made it! and if you didn’t, just keep going and you will!!
