Hello, I've been dealing with knee pain since freshmen year high school. I did something dumb and now my knee looks a little weird and hurts from time to time. It's been over ten years how , it's not as bad as it was but it doesn't feel like it's getting any less weird looking. Am i too far gone to have good knees? Am I going to be screwed for the rest of my life because i was a dumb kid?
