Hello! Doing this and a few others! Motivation is appreciated! Currently weigh 124, would like to be somewhere around 115! I’m 5’.
Day one ❤: that was the hardest one so far! My hips and stomach is burning!
Am I the only one that can't do these? lmao. Every time I do certain things like crunches my neck starts hurting really bad. I get frustrated when I know I'm doing it wrong and don't fell the burn, which leads me to quit.

I tried the workout for 14 days and lost 4 cm around my waist. The abdomen is also flatter, the abs are forming. It's worth mentioning that I combined that with a no-sugar diet: 3 meals a day / no snacks / no food after 6 pm / 3 liters of water a day / lots of protein and healthy fats, limited but still daily consumed healthy carbohydrates. This also translated into a loss of 2 kg. I will continue with the workout as it helps to tighten the abdomen and improve its appearance.

true, 10 min does make a lil difference, lets stick to at least 25min every day or 1hour every 2 days? yesss its working , that moment u realize the work payed off 😆
