People over here saying you need to have 10% bf or lower is crap. Eddie hall has visible abs and that guy has like 20% bf or something idk. I got around 14% and my abs are visible trough my shirt. The only exercises I do are hanging leg raises and crunches. But you need to bring up your hips using your core muscles while performing leg raises or else you’ll just feel it in your hips and not the low abdominals. And don’t forget cardio

Victor Tarita says:

My stomach isnt muscular looking. Like shoulders, arm, chest is alright I'd say but I am not happy with my abs. Like I cant seem to lose that bellyfat. I feel like I got muscles but cant lose the fat there… been working out at the gym for a good time but cant see any differences😅

Tony says:

Abs are made in the kitchen. It doesn't matter what you do for a workout you need to have 10% or lower body fat ratio.

Koopa says:

Sifu - Myers says:

Hanging Leg raises were shown to be one of best exercises that activates the lower abs so I agree 100% there

God1st says:

NAAAAH this ain’t it my man. Lol

Bvgger 0ff pls says:

Lame advice. Why include a crunch when you have a leg raise? They are both in the same plane of motion and the former is vastly inferior to the latter
