I can Run, walk stand without pain etc for just 5 min but after that it starts paining in the left buttocks and numbness on my foot some times. The pain is pinching pain and I cannot take it. I sit for 10 min and the pain goes and then again if walking for 5 min all goes well but after 5 min it will pain again so I have to sit again. I have been doing lot of asanas and yoga but nothing works!!!! Any suggestions mother?

I have tried more than 50 exercises and asanas. I am suffering from L5-S1 disc extrusion and L5-L4 disc bulge. My age is 34 and I have to do physical demanding job. Presently suffering from sciatic pain for last three weeks. Iam consuming allopathic medecine two times pregbalin and mecobamin and zerodol but still I got shoothing and sharp pain in early morning. I am also taking ayurvedic medicine in early morning i.e Ekangveer ,vatkulantak,and mahavatvidhwansk but still not getting any relief. I have also taken chiropractic thearpy but it does not give me relief for longer time. I AM LYying on bed on bhujanz asanas, Mackenzie tecnique to relieve pain. Today I have tried to do these asanas .but could not do as I am feeling very discomfort ,but this helped to relieve some pain. I will post feedback after a week

Basically I have a problem where .. My lower back , buttock , thigh back , lower leg and foot pain to the hell .. I am not even able to walk .. whenever I try I pains a lot on leg .
