DAY 1 may 22 I DID HALF OF IT
DAY 2 may 23 I DID IT ALL
DAY 3 may 24 SOURRRRRRRRRRR LEGS BUT I FINISHED THE WORKOUT
DAY 4 MAY 26 i switched to abs FOR A DAY AND IM BACK i was less sour BUT IDK I WAS MORE TIRED BUT I STILL STRUGGLED LESS THAN THE FIRST 3 DAYS MAYBE ITS CUZ I HAD BREAKFAST AN HOUR AGO
