Because I used to to gym today from last 3 months , I have build good muscle on upper part bt not able to reduce weight frok 83.5 to I have reduced only 1 kg from last 3 months…

How much calories am i burning in 15 mins by doing these exercises?
The 300 calories burned is a lie. At most you’ll burn 150 if you only do workout and go at his pace.
But, good workout nevertheless. I just wish it wouldn’t lie about the intensity.
