I have a tear in my rt shoulder so my rt arm goes behind my back during chicken wing exercise or the left

Sporty Trisha says:

I use a resistance band. Keep my elbow hugged into my side when pulling across and parallel to the ground. My other hand pinches the band to my waist. Hope that is PT approved : ))

Fitness IQ says:

Can we get Booyah Stik in Canada

ohplezz says:

If you have shoulder impingement or a supraspinatus tendon tear this stuff shown here will help some but it will not fix your problem. Or I should say it didn't fix mine. The only real, and fast, fix, for me and others, is the bar hanging method with the three exercises. But these stretches and exercises, in addition, to the bar hanging method will help. But the bar hanging is the true cure. It will make your AC bigger so you don't get the impingement in your shoulder. If you want to find the true cure, with the studies to back it up, google Dr John Kirsch and shoulder pain and you will find videos and his book that describe it. Even Bob and Brad have done videos on it and I'm surprised they didn't include his method here. It was the only thing to provide me with real pain relief.

Patricia Sullivan says:

Yup, these are great exercises. I’m going to add the stick stretches 👍🏼

tulum0617 says:

My dr said I have "massive " rotator cuff tears. Only shoulder replacement is surgical alternative. They said along with arthritis pain in my neck, do what doesn't hurt. Suggested PT but boy I'm always in pain. I'll try this with a broomstick. I've used red bands on doorknob for others. Thanks always you guys

Andrew Skratt says:

great video but im on the bowl with mucus diarrhea messy wipe any suggestions

trade0714 says:

QUESTION. Bob & Brad, I'm over 60 and sometimes have the popping sound in my shoulders (elbows too sometimes) when I workout. No pain at all, and no lack of full-range of motion, just the popping sound that makes me sound old. What causes that? Is it fixable?

GaryA says:

I really enjoy utilizing your videos. I have a question. Have you ever tried one of those AB Rollers (a stick in the wheel) for stretching rotator cuff? In addition to the stretches I have also done the AB Roller. It is for strengthening the core, etc. However, I am finding this to be good therapy for my shoulder. Any comments? Thanks!

marlene kerrmarlene says:

hi I have had tears in both shoulders for over 30 yrs. never had surgery so always have pain- suppose I should not do these????? thanks – too much lifting on my job for 36 yrs, mk wis

Nitehork says:

Debby says:

Shame for those of us that don't have those poles, an alternative would have been nice. Love your channel guys 😃

Inventamus says:

yoga stretches work well for a lot of pains. but these stretches with the stick look interesting. I'll try.

Dave Butler says:
