How to build your quads

my favourite exercises to isolate your quads and build them up strong and powerful.
Training for strength power and toning them up!
This video will concentrate on bodyweight exercises. You can do all these exercises at home with no equipment! No equipment – no excuses!
The reps i usually do of each exercises is between 20-25 of each exercise each leg. Except pistol squats, these i would aim for 8 each leg and then increase overtime as my body gets stronger!
This bodyweight workout shows my favourite quad based exercises and how i build up my legs and tone up.
Through this video i will talk you through my favourite exercises, also how to perform them.
These quad specific workout will get all your muscles fired up and help you tone and sculpt your lower half while making you walk a little funny haha

all these years I thought I had chronic tight hip flexors. and the entire problem has been comically weak quads 😂 thank you so much! today I learned I must take all of my muscle groups seriously, which kinda sucks tbh lol
